FAUX FALLS KENS LAKE

It's hard to believe the end of our trip is drawing near.  We've been exploring so much that we haven't taken the time to enjoy the beauty of where we are staying.  We took a little time this morning to do just that.
An attempt at a "normal" family photo:)
After playing in the courtyard we decided to grab some treats downtown, shop a little, and then head out to Kens Lake.
We hiked back to Faux Falls and explored the area around it.
I had fun climbing all over trying to capture this massive never ending stream:)

 More pics of the "falls."

Canyon found a tiny lizard that he instantly made friends with.  He is without a doubt an animal whisperer.
 Greg posing:)
August got to play with the little lizard too.
Brave daddy.  This would be the last moment before his shoes became soaked with water.
The leaves changing made this even more spectacular.
 Heading back to the truck.
After our Faux Falls hike we went out to search for more petroglyphs and pictographs.
 Canyon enjoying the search.
We could see the leaves in the high country as well and had a great view.
 August the explorer.

Some of the different pictographs we saw.

It was a nice relaxing day and full of fun.  We finished our day with more shopping downtown and a nice sushi dinner!
