Mountain Goats have always been my favorite animal and I was really wanting to see some this year before the snow came.
We heard that Mt Evans had them but being 2.5 hours away, it was quite the drive for the possibility of not seeing them...but then again...we tend to attract wild animals wherever we go so we took the risk and we are SO glad we did.

Mt Evans is SO vast and everywhere you look it is a different landscape.
