My favorite days are when Greg is home with the boys. He's so good at giving them his full attention and I admire this about him.
We have been taking advantage of having Lifetime Fitness so close to us. It's a wonderful place to take the kids and play!
We picked the boys up from school and took them swimming for a while and then did a little rock climbing after. It didn't require a lot of time and it was a great way to wind down for the evening after school!
Sawyer is very athletic and gifted when it comes to agility and coordination. Movement is very natural for him. He really enjoyed climbing and we were impressed at how easy he made it look.
Canyon is not as gifted when it comes to coordination but what he has is perseverance. He was SO nervous on the wall and scared but he took his time and was determined to make it to the top without ever complaining or showing his fears. It was such a special moment for me to watch him and encourage him all the way to the top.
I couldn't let the boys do it alone:) I was more like Canyon and a little afraid to be honest. Picture courtesy of Sawyer:)
Sawyer was quick to make it to the top and did this route multiple times.
His favorite thing is repelling down so he gets to the top as quick as possible.
Canyon likes to be safe and "walk" his way down:)
Canyon nearing the top!
So thankful to have these moments with the boys. Watching Canyon make it to the top and conquer his fears was beautiful.
